Dr Kevin Donaghy - CEO
Kevin is Founder and CEO of Replify, and has ten years’ experience of building software teams and businesses.
Prior to founding Replify, Kevin was one of the founders, in mid-2004, of Swan Labs, a US-NI start-up focused on WAN acceleration hardware. Swan was acquired by F5 in late 2005 for $45m. As Director of Product Development Kevin ran F5’s team in Belfast for two years until late 2007, building the WANJet and WebAccelerator product lines. Before Swan/F5, Kevin was a Managing Director with Spirent Communications.
Kevin has a PhD in Aeronautical Engineering, an MSc in Computational Science and a BSc in Mathematics, all from Queen’s University Belfast.
Wesley Darlington - CTO

Wesley Darlington is Replify’s Lead Architect and CTO. He has a wealth of experience in network design and building highly scalable business applications.
Wesley was a co-founder of Swan Labs and was the leader of the company’s European engineering team where he was responsible for the development of WAN acceleration products. Prior to Swan, Wesley was responsible for driving the online video and DVD retail business blackstar.co.uk, (now sendit.com). Sendit continues to be one of Europe’s most successful independent online stores.
Earlier in his career, Wesley teamed with Kevin Donaghy at Spirent where he was lead product architect in the Belfast group. Wesley has a first class honours degree in Mathematics from Queen’s University, Belfast.
John Knapton - Director, Sales & Marketing

John is a Chartered Director with over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and international business development.
John’s experience ranges from successfully building companies from the ground up, to managing growth within multi-national conglomerates. Locally, John has worked at board level with such companies as Audio Processing Technology and Andor, and globally with such industry leaders as Wearnes Corporation in Asia and Roper Industries in the USA.
A long time member of the IEEE and an active member of the IoD, John also has a BSc in Marketing and Engineering.
Ian Cargill - CFO

Ian is a highly experienced Financial Director and Accountant, with direct experience gained through involvement in several new business start-ups.
Ian has worked with several Crescent Capital investee companies. He is also retained by QUBIS Limited to provide advice and financial management to their portfolio of technology spin-out companies from Queen’s University.
Hal Wilson - Non-Executive Director

Hal has over a decade of venture capital investment experience gained in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. He is a director of Lagan Technologies, Audio Processing Technology and Replify. In 2006 Hal led the sale of Crescent’s investment in Avalon Instruments to Perkin Elmer Inc.
Hal joined Crescent in 2002 from Dublin based Trinity Venture Capital, Ireland’s largest dedicated technology focused venture capital fund. Prior to entering the venture capital sector in 1996, Hal spent eight years working in the corporate finance advisory market with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has a BSc from St Andrews University and is a Chartered Accountant.
Dr. Patrick McComiskey - Chairman, Replify Ltd.

A chemical engineer by profession, Dr. McComiskey has spent the last twenty years of his career as a director and shareholder in a number of hi-tech companies. He has participated as an angel investor in recent years, and his present business interests centre on the promotion of spin-out companies from universities and the development of a European property portfolio that he has grown over the last number of years.
