Paul Moorhead (CEO)
“The cool thing about Replify is the simplicity of the proposition. You can describe it in a sentence and you can install it and experience the benefits in minutes. It’s not often you find something that clean and crisp”.

As VP Product Development for Openwave Systems, Paul managed employees across UK, US, Japan and India with a development spend of $10m pa and managed a product line with annual revenues of $135m. Brian has extensive experience in international sales and marketing in the I.T. Industry. In 2001 he was a founder of Meridio, the enterprise documents and record product company. As the CEO, he grew Meridio into a Microsoft Gold Partner company with 175 staff and over $20m annualized revenue. Fergus Wilson (CTO)
“Replify has a unique combination of network and enterprise applications expertise which enables us to focus on the user experience and not just think about bits on the wire”.
Fergus has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. Over that time he has worked for a number of companies including Kainos, Webforia, and most recently at Meridio alongside Brian and Paul. At Meridio, Fergus was originally assigned the role of driving the product road-map and providing guidance on technical direction. He was instrumental in helping Meridio to build its technology exclusively on Microsoft technology and played a part in the early decision to build its records management functionality on top of the SharePoint platform. In 2004, Fergus relocated with Meridio to Redmond to work alongside the Microsoft product teams. Fergus formed a research team on the Microsoft campus, allowing them to work effectively alongside Microsoft engineers to build a product that would fit perfectly into the Microsoft environment. In late 2006, Fergus moved back to Northern Ireland, as Meridio’s Chief Architect, responsible for technical product vision and direction.
