Support for VMware

The Replify Reptor Accelerator is designed to run in a VMware environment. We unreservedly and unequivocally support running our virtual appliances on VMware server and ESX.

Support

Replify understand that the integrity of your network and applications directly impacts the success of your business. With that in mind, we have designed a cost-effective and flexible portfolio of service offerings to suit your business requirements. Backed by a team of Replify’s R&D engineering, our technical support engineers will ensure that your Replify products operate efficiently and reliably, enabling you to focus attention on your core business.

Three levels of customer and partner support are available:

Replify Standard Support Service (RSSS)

Replify Standard Support Service is available to customers only. Providing customer access to the technical support centers, on a full service contract, the coverage for the RSSS is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. New software releases will be available to the customers purchasing this level of support.

Replify Limited Support Service (RLSS)

Replify Limited Support Service is available to customers only. It provides customers access to the technical support centers during their office hours. The coverage for the RLSS is 10 hours a day over a 5 day week. New releases of software will be available to the customers purchasing this level of support.

Replify Partner Support Service (RPSS)

Replify Partner Support Service is available to certified partners. Certified partners can access the technical support centers on a high level. Partners can create their own support package and offer this to their end-customers. Since partners have their own level of support, the RPPS package demands a higher level of knowledge from the partner. Coverage for the RPPS is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. New releases of software will be available at this level of support. The partner can offer the software to the end-customers covered by the RPSS.
