Every year, Belfast Chamber of Trade and Commerce run a competition with different categories for Belfast based companies to enter. The categories range from Best New Business to Customer Service Excellence. Replify entered the category of ‘Best Company to work for’ and have been shortlisted into the top 5 companies along with Adventures Day Nursery, Allstate, Cleaver Fulton Rankin and Connect Telecom. I now need to persuade our engineers that getting dressed in a tux and attending the gala dinner in Belfast City Hall is actually a fun idea.
Perks at Replify
This shortlisting is no surprise to our staff of course!
