Rozy Corry
CEO
Rozy is an experienced IT/Engineering professional with a BEng (Hons) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Queen’s University. Rozy began in QA and moved to Product Management, working for companies such as Nortel, Schrader Electronics and Audio Processing Technology.
Rozy joined Replify as Senior ProductManager in 2012, becoming CEO in 2014, and holds a diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. She is also studying an MBA with AI (Masters in Business Administration with Artificial Intelligence) in her spare time and hopes to complete this at the end of 2026. Outside work, she enjoys watersports, walking, reading, and Xbox gaming.
Andrew Caruth
CTO
Andrew has extensive software industry experience, beginning his career at Meridio after earning a Masters in Computer Science from Queens University Belfast.
Andrew joined Replify in 2010 from Autonomy, and soon developed a passion for all things Erlang. Outside work, he enjoys squash, football, and exploring good whiskey and craft beers – though not all at the same time!
Sean Dempsey
CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER
Sean holds a first class honours degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics, and a Masters with Distinction in Computer Science. When Meridio was acquired by Autonomy in 2007, he went on to lead the EDRM professional services team there.
Sean joined Replify in 2010, splitting his time between development and OEM integrations. He believes customer engagement is essential for building user friendly software, and deploying effectively. He loves travel, local food and drink, fine wines, craft beer, and is learning Spanish.
Colin Walsh
CHAIRMAN
Colin, founder and CEO of Crescent Capital, has over 20 years of venture investment experience in Northern Ireland. An International MBA, he previously worked with Hambros before launching Crescent, which has raised £67m and invested in 30+ companies.
Colin is on numerous boards of local Irish companies, and brings a wealth and breadth of experience to Replify as Non Executive Director and Chairman. Outside work, he enjoys time in Majorca, motorcycling in Europe, and restoring classic cars.
Ian Cargill
COMPANY SECRETARY / CFO
Ian has over 35 years of financial management experience, and runs a financial support and accountancy practice for technology start-ups.
In addition to his role with Replify, he provides hands on financial management and Board level support to, mainly, start-up companies in the technology sector. He has been fully engaged in the founding, growth or sale stages of around twenty such businesses.
Brian Baird
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Brian has extensive international sales and marketing experience in IT. He founded Meridio in 2001, growing it to 175 staff and $20m revenue before its 2007 sale to Autonomy.
Brian joined Replify in 2008 as CEO, securing major deals and founding spin-off Repstor in 2012 before becoming Chairman. Brian received an OBE in the 2022 Queens Honours list, and serves on several NI company boards.
