  • Patrick CullenPrincipal Account Manager

    Patrick is a graduate of Ulster University having originally studied Media Studies at Coleraine and then Marketing at Jordanstown.   His career began with local companies Audio Processing Technology and Andor Technology, before returning to his alma mater with Nanotec NI, a joint centre of nanotechnology between Ulster and Queen’s University.  He then spent a number of years in Singapore, again working with a number of companies in the scientific imaging and audio processing sectors before returning to Belfast in 2014.

    Outside of work Patrick is a huge football fan and is both a coach and PRO at south Belfast club Rosario YFC.

  • Rozy CorryCEO

    Rozy has many years’ experience working in IT and Engineering companies such as Nortel, Schrader Electronics and Audio Processing Technology.  With a degree from Queens University in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a background in Quality Assurance and Product Management, she has been working in Replify since 2012 as Senior Product Manager.  Rozy has also attained the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction. She now has overall responsibility for the day to day running of Replify.

    Outside of work Rozy loves to escape to the lakes for some water skiing, jet skiing and says she spends all her available time and money on her passion for cars and her horse.

  • Andrew CaruthCTO

    Andrew has many years experience in the software industry, starting his career at Meridio after graduating from Queens University Belfast with a Masters in Computer Science. Andrew joined Replify in 2010 from Autonomy, and quickly developed a passion for all things Erlang.

    When not espousing the merits of Erlang, Andrew enjoys playing squash, football, sampling good whiskey and craft beers – though not all at the same time!

  • Sean DempseyPrincipal Consultant

    Sean graduated with a first class honours degree in Mathematics in 1999.  He joined the professional services team in Meridio Ltd and worked on many large custom software deployments throughout Europe.  When Meridio was acquired by Autonomy corporation in 2007, he went on to lead the EDRM professional services team there.  Since joining Replify in 2010, he has worked with OEM partners to ensure they can easily integrate the Replify software stack into their own solution thereby increasing their value proposition.

    When not travelling for work, Sean enjoys travelling for pleasure and sampling the local culture of the places he visits along with the local cuisine and beverages too. When at home he enjoys consuming social media and craft beer.

  • Shea GallagherAssociate Development Engineer

    Shea joined Replify as a placement student while studying Computer Science at the University of Ulster Magee.  Shea assists with the main Development and QA activities for Replify and aids the support function.

    Shea has won the Deans List Award for Computer Science at Ulster University two consecutive years in a row.

    Outside of university, Shea enjoys all things football, music, gaming and combat sports.

  • Terence HillsSenior Software Developer

    Terry worked for Replify during his placement year when studying Computer Science at Queens University Belfast. He returned to Replify after graduating with 1st class honours.  Terry has accrued a wide variety of skills such as development, quality assurance and customer support.

    Outside of work, Terry says he likes beer, music, football and computer games.

  • Mark BrownAssociate QA Engineer

    Mark is presently a student of Queen’s University Belfast, completing his MEng degree in Computer Science. He has a keen interest in computer networking and software development, so a placement year with Replify is the ideal fit.

    In his personal time, Mark has an interest in local history and runs a website featuring historical town photographs. When he manages to get away from the computer, Mark enjoys hiking up any number of Northern Ireland’s fine landscapes or sitting at home getting into a good book.

  • Colin WalshNon Executive Director

    Colin is Chief Executive and founder of Crescent Capital NI Limited and has been an active venture capital investor in Northern Ireland companies for over 20 years. An International MBA by background, Colin spent six years with Top Technology, part of Hambros plc, between 1988 and 1994. In 1995 Colin, sponsored by Hambros, established Hambro Northern Ireland Venture Managers Limited, now known as Crescent. To date Crescent has raised three separate venture capital funds totalling £67m and has completed investments in over thirty companies based in Northern Ireland.
    Having served on the boards of several local companies and been chairman of many, he has first-hand experience of the various challenges facing the business sector within Northern Ireland.

  • Paul MoorheadChairman

    Paul has over 25 years experience of software development in both the telecommunications and enterprise software sectors. As VP Product Development for Openwave Systems, Paul managed employees across UK, US, Japan and India with a development spend of $10m pa and managed a product line with annual revenues of $135m. Previously he worked as Director of Product Engineering at Nortel Networks, with responsibility for a product which won the Queen’s Award for Industry in the Innovation category. He also worked at Meridio as SVP of Product Development. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a non-executive director at JAR ltd – a developer of cloud based load testing services.

  • Ian CargillCompany Secretary / CFO

    Ian has over 35 years experience in financial management and, in addition to his role with Replify, he runs a financial support and accountancy practice which specialises in providing hands on financial management and Board level support to, mainly, start-up companies in the technology sector. He has been fully engaged in the founding, growth or sale stages of around twenty such businesses.
